No School at HRCSD, send your child to The Makery to create and learn something new! Participants will learn to make fresh pasta, hand cut cheese raviolis, and pesto with fresh basil from the Roots Garden.

About the event
Participants will enjoy an afternoon of fresh pasta making. Kids will experiment with coloring pasta with natural, food based dyes, learn to hand cut ravioli and tortellini, and make pesto with freshly harvested basil. After a tasting session, participants will bring home what's left! What a great way to spend a no school afternoon!
