~Kids in the Kitchen ~ A Variety of Homemade Goodies

Join us in The Makery for a day of baking homemade goodies.  Participants will make their own homemade goodies from start to finish.  After tasting their creations, students will box them up for home!  Baking classes in The Makery are not only fun and tasty, but expose children to learning self-reliance, reading comprehension, units of measurement, fractions, utensil skills, kitchen safety, planning, and patience. Each child needs to bring a lunch and a water bottle. Two snacks will be provided (morning and afternoon).

Kelsey is the instructor for this class. She has had over 10 years of experience working with children. She considers herself a jack of trades when it comes to teaching children.
