Summer Camp ~ Art Discovery Using Multiple Mediums

This Summer camp is designed to use various artistic techniques and materials. This class encourages creativity and skill development through hands-on projects using different mediums such as painting, drawing, clay, collage, textiles and mixed media. This class includes structured lessons, guided experimentation and collaborative activities to help students express themselves artistically while building confidence and fine motor skills. This class will be held in The Makery at Roots school on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00-3:00.  Students should pack a water bottle, lunch, and weather appropriate clothing.  Camps will take place in The Makery room and also outdoors on the Roots School property.  

Our summer camp leader will be Kelsey.  Kelsey has been working with children for over a decade and is quite the artist herself!
